Mattress sizes in Singapore: single, super single, queen and king

Mattress sizes can be confusing because brands use slightly different names. These are the four sizes Equatorial Sleep offers.

Which size suits whom?

Single works for children, guest rooms and narrow bedrooms. Super single gives one adult more room to turn over without taking much more floor space. Queen is the usual choice for couples, and it also suits a single sleeper who likes plenty of space. King gives two sleepers the most room, especially if one of you moves a lot or you share the bed with a child or a pet.

Measure before you buy

• Measure the inside of your bed frame, not just the outside.
• Leave space to walk around the bed and to open wardrobe doors.
• Check the path the mattress has to travel: lift doors, corridors and stairwells.

Do not forget the height

Our mattresses range from 6″ to 14.5″ tall. A taller mattress on a high frame can sit uncomfortably high, so if you already own a frame, check the total height from the floor.
